Fees Increase

as at 1st November, 2024

 Medicare rebates simply do not cover the full cost of providing you with a safe and high quality service.  The fees charged by this practice have to cover all of our practice costs including employing receptionists and practice nurses, and meeting our operating expenses such as rent, medical equipment, electricity, computers and insurance. 

Your doctor/nurse will explain any additional cost to you and obtain your consent prior to any treatment received. 

We thank you for your understanding and hope that we can continue to provide you and your family with the high quality clinical care we have offered for over 35 years.

Visiting during Covid 19 

Although many restrictions and mandates have been lifted the well-being of our patients and staff continue to be our main priority. As such, patients with respiratory symptoms such as runny nose, headache, cough or sore throat will be asked to do a RAT - regardless of severity.

Appointments can be made for patients without respiratory symptoms, or those with a negative Covid test. Telephone appointments are also available to patients with respiratory symptoms and/or those with positive Covid test results.

Please do not come to the clinic if you have a positive RAT. Make a telehealth appointment to speak to your doctor.

Masks are no longer required for most face to face appointments if no respiratory symptoms are present.
