New Patients

We welcome all new patients to our clinic. Some of our Doctors prefer a long consultation for new patients to allow sufficient time to understand your previous medical history, and reception will advise you of this when you book an appointment.

We ask new patients to please arrive 15 minutes early to allow time to complete necessary paperwork; or alternatively, complete our New Patient Registration Form online prior.  

Please also bring your Medicare Card, Photo I.D. and any relevant concession card details. 

Important: No drugs of addiction will be given at initial consultations for new patients.
